Welcome to STARS Kid Care Registration!
School Year 2023/24 & Summer 2024 Registration Instructions Below:

For School Year 2024 - 2025 Registration, visit https://www.alphabest.org/locations/ and choose your location.

 

We are excited to tell you more about STARS Kid Care, before & after school program! 

Registration is currently open for THIS school year 2023/24! :)

Thank you for visiting our registration page for the 2023 / 2024 school year.  Please read the details below before starting the registration form to ensure you have everything necessary to complete it.

​

Helpful items to have before you start:

​

  • Your drivers license

  • Your child's preferred hospital and primary physician contact information

  • Immunization records

  • Contact information for anyone who will be authorized to pick up your children

  • Contact information for anyone who will be listed as an emergency contact

  • A credit card for the $99 enrollment fee (this isn't needed for CCAP approved children)

  • CCAP authorization information and case #

  • Please review the Parent Handbook for information on all of our operating procedures and policies as well as the Parental Release form descriptions.

Please fill out and bring these medical records/immunization forms in on your first day of care, we will need them for our files in order for your children to attend care.  Thank You! Please bring in Med Forms (provided on link below) if you child needs mediation or has allergies/needs an EpiPen on site.
